As a certified personal trainer, fitness expert, and one of Canada's Top Fitness Trainers in 2020, I bring almost 3 decades of hands-on training and coaching experience to clients through personalized online fitness coaching for women.

I specialize in supporting women of all shapes, ages and fitness abilities with effective, knowledgeable support, motivation, accountability and results. If you are ready for positive, lasting healthy changes, I will help support, inspire, motivate and keep you accountable to your goals.

I believe that true and lasting fitness starts within through awareness of our thoughts and behaviours and is so much more than the physical; but the mental and emotional as well.

Think of me as your movement coach, cheerleader and accountability partner. I specialize in movement based personal training that identifies your unique areas of strength, weakness and imbalance so that we can re-balance, stretch, loosen and strengthen appropriately. No out of the box here, it's all intuitively and carefully programmed for you.
